Still no phone 2 months after upgrade

Sony phone returned twice. Apparently they gave new phone. Not in sealed package.
I do not want Sony, want them to exchange Sony with Samsung S4 or Nokia Lumia
they say value of Sony is very low, not my fault, they must use value of phone when I received it, not now
that the phone has been discontinued. not my mistake. why in the first place wasn't I told, that the
phone is discontinued
