I received my new contract from Cell C direct an IPhone 4S, Phone was faulty from out of box and a ticket was logged with Cell C the very next day and phone was collected and since then have not heard or any feedback what so ever from Cell C for almost 2 weeks and why it take so long to replace from a brand new phone - I have to do the phoning every time to follow up, wasting my air time and money.
I think cancelling my contract and apply for a new this way I will receive the phone much quicker.
Not Happy, Very disappointed
