I opened a new contract with Virgin over 2 weeks ago and was told my number porting would take 48 hours.
I was then told there was issues in the porting department and it would be done by the 6th of May- still not done. I phoned on Friday and spoke to a consultant in your porting department and he assured me it would be done this morning (13 May.)- STILL not done.
Also, you guys are taking my data usage off my actual airtime and I expect this to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. Someone in your call centre said they'd said me details of this via email on Friday, STILL also received nothing.
