Still waiting for porting

I have taken up a contract with CellC for a Samsung S4. When ordered phone told them I would be porting my old number from RedBullMobile and was told thats fine.
Received phone last week Wednesday and have have been struggling to get the porting done. Have been promised it will be done in 24hours about 4 times. But still nothing.
Every time I phone to see why it hasn't happened I get a different story from the person I get hold of.
Hopefully by posting this someone will actually do the porting or at least tell me what the problem is.
Ronnie, the agent who took my order, was very helpful when taking the order and said I must email him the new sim number and he will ensure porting is done. Last I heard from him was Friday morning when he said it would be done that day. He has since ignored all emails sent to him.
What do I do?? Just leave it and hope it eventually gets done??
