A MONTH AND NO MEMORY CARD

IN THE BEGINNING OF APRIL I UPGRADED TO A NEW SAMSUNG TABLET 2. I RECEIVED THE TABLET AND THE PROMISE OF A 32 GIG MEMORY CARD WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. UNTIL NOW WHICH IS ALMOST MIDDLE MAY 2013 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MEMORY CARD. I PHONE NUMEROUS TIMES I EVEN TOOK TIME OFF WORK TO GO BACK INTO THE SPRINGS VODACOM SHOP BUT EVERY TIME THE SAME ANSWER: "SORRY WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR STOCK YET". "THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT". I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I MUST WAIT FOR SOMETHING THAT I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED ALREADY.
