Horrendous customer skills

We had sent in our galaxy tab7 for repairs due to our error, when it was sent in we were advised my Joyce that a diagnostic fee of R136 would be charged and for the removal of the memory card from the sim card slot a further R220.
The tablet was picked up on the 04 May 2013, my brother queried as to there where abouts of the memory card and was advised that this would be couriered to us when i opened the sim card slot i viewed a piece of metal jotting out from the middle inside the slot.
i called in yesterday and was assisted by Richard who displayed all the ethics and values that an employee
should hold, although today i dealt with Sagree who was rude, raised her voice and didn't want to assist, she insinuated that i damaged the tab and that she sees no point in speaking to me, she stated that she was calling from a mobile phone and her battery was low, when i put down the phone i received a call from Richard and in the background was Sagree ranting about her 12 min call where i went on for no reason.
there is a large difference between the initial quote and the final quote the memory card was still in the phone and the slot damaged why are people in a position if not to help?
