I have placed so many complaints to telkom regariding my speeds during business hours the ref no are 453CRK260413, 921CRK300413, 200CRK099513 and the report i get is it is fixed it was congestion adnd it is resolved.
I have a 4 meg line and after 18H00 and on weekends i get a ping of 16 download of 3.5mbps and upload of .420 kbps but from 7Hoo till 18H00 i get a ping of between 350 and 520 download speed of 0.300 to 0.99 mbps and upload of 420 kbps.
What is the problem i am paying for a service that i only get to us half the time and the half i cant use is when i need it most.
All the call centre does is escalate it and nothing happens
This is shocking and very poor service delivery from telkom.
i have even tried the 1 gig free sample from afrihost thinking it was the isp but the problem still persisted so the problem is the line i am sure at exchange please sort this out this is unacceptable
