In April 2013 called real people to collect my Vodafone tablet because it just decided not to work any more after three months of receiving it. UTI, the courier company for Real people collected the item, and after waiting over 6 weeks to have it repaired, i received it I called real people and i was advised that there was no memory card and my sim card was destroyed. all my memories on my memory card of my baby, gone. Real people advised that they would send me a new sim card at no extra cost. it is a month later, going for 2 months since they fixed my tablet, and still no sim card. Nobody called me to make delivery arrangements, and the UTI driver just decided one day to go to my house, and noone was available. UTI says i must speak to real people, and real people says i must speak to UTI. I am at a lost for words and i have to pay R459 towards my contract every month and have no sim card and cannot use my tablet. i find the service to be very poor and the lack of assistance, is just sad.
