Okay, so as im busy typing this complaint, I am on a call ~ waiting for call centre to answer ~ for 48:00 min... Do you honestly wane tell me there is NO PERSON IN THAT CALL CENTRE THAT CAN ANSWER MY CALL FOR 48 - SORRY - 49MINUTES???
This is such POOR service!!! I will be changing over to one of the other networks by the end of business today!
