Earlier this year I was called and accused of taking a MTN contract in December 2011. The amount I owe according to the last sms on 03 May 2013 is R7135.
a. The agent could not tell me when exactly the contract was signed
b. What contract was signed
c. What number is receiving the benefits of the contract
I faxed through an affadavit to say that I did not take out the contract and a copy of my id as requested.
I have not received a response to date and continue to be harassed by sms's and calls where I need to explain the full story about how I did not take out the contract and that it is and that I have sent through the affadavit and ID.
I need to know what is happening now with this as I refuse to speak to another agent and need answers!
