Ever since day one as an African Bank client, I cannot say I have had any joy. Its over a year later and nothing has changed. I called the client services contact centre to find out my balance and when my last instalment is due? The response I received was shocking, as I was told I have more than a year to go before I am done paying off my loan. Naturally I disputed this as I know very well that I signed a contract for 24 months. I have since been told that I signed a contract for 36 months. I immediately requsted a copy of my contract and that was in July. I was told it will be sent within two hours, it is two months later and nothing. I called again and no one can locate my contract. I am suppose to pay an insane amount for an extra year which I did not agree to and no one can prove to me that I agreed to this. A copy of my contract will resolve this matter.
