Contract end date

I have signed my contract at 8Ta Cape Gate on 13/12/2011. For me, my 2 year period comes to an end on 13/12/2013. According to the retention dept, it ends on 24/02/2013.
I have asked for a copy of any document that I have signed after 13/12/2011 to confirm their date of 24/02/2013, but it seems if they cannot provide me with any documentation.
They even want to charge a penalty fee if I would like to end my contract on 13/12/2013.
8Ta messed up my contract in 2011 and it took 66 days to sort it out and it now seems if I'm paying for their errors.
