Nashua does not honour their contacts

Nashua made various promises about services and service delivery when I signed my contract in May 2011 - and boy am i having to pay for this non excistent sevice- it was a 2 year contract on expiry they then decided to convert me to a month on month contract without my authorisation I tried various times to stop the contract telephonicly no luck then after varous calls they then tell me to complete a termination form - which i did and faxed to them on 10 June 2013 - guess what they now claim they did not receive it. To add injury to insult some "good citezin then relieved me of the tablet on 01.06.2013 and I Blacklisted the item on 03.06.2013 - this they acknowledged when I phoned today - but still insist that I pay the contract month on month that expired in May 2013. Now I will still have to pay the month on month fee for a service that I did not apply or sign for. Chaimain Webber informed her analyst to tell me that they can forward me a copy of T & C 's which I would assue will be my signed copy - I have requested said copy then
