2hr stand @ MTN Tokai

So against my better judgement I decide to take out a laptop contract with MTN lastweek Saturday (27th April 2013) not knowing much about laptops the consultant nicely shows me that everything is in place and closes up the box, I get home and to my surprise Windows needs to be activated... so I try to call this branch with a number I found on my contract and low and behold it just rings!! I then call Customer Care who directs me to 808 who then transfers me to some techcal helpline who then tells me they cannot do anything I need to go back into the shop, so needless to say after wasting over R100 airtime (since this is not tollfree numbers) I come back to MTN today (3/05/2013) and I have to wait in a queue for over 2hrs to fix something that couldhave been done lastweek Saturday... if I didn't need this laptop I'd tell MTN where to shove it... disgusted in the service
