Bad bad service

My query started during December 2012 and still not solved!
Visited Mtn the Glen now 6 times and even went to MtN head office once
Last correspondence was from Allison Peterson at the glen. Dod not hear from her for 3 weeks and all I got was sorry.
Signed for a upgrade after visited the glen MtN twice to make sure I van upgrade.
Got phone and all
Was called to return phone as upgrade was not possible.
Mtm then out of there own and without any approval or signature upgraded an other contract of mime without any signature or approval
Now the original phone gone and they don't want to take responsibility and I must pay for a contract without any benefits.
Since December I have requested a copy of the contract and Mtm refuse to give me one
Contract signed by myself on 0832763429.

I think I am entitled to a copy of a contract that I never signed, but been paying for it for 8 months now?
