Why are they merely ignoring my complaints?

This is now my 3rd time complaining on Hello Peter about the exact same enquiry and one can almost count each subsequent complaint as a new one seeing how I can add a complaint for the latter one not receiving any feedback.

I have had Vodacom given me false information which led to me suffering the financial consequences and also cancelled services which they continued to charge me for, for months on end. All of these were done via the their call centre yet they simply refuse to go back and listen to the relevant recordings. They merely listen to the most frequent ones and then consider the matter closed.

If the agents are to lazy to search for the relevant enquiry why cant they just email me all of them and then I will do their work for them but even when I offered to do this no one got back to me.

I am tired of Vodacom replying to these complaint as if their doing something about it only to not even contact me through calls or emails.

This is some of the worst service levels I have experienced from you guys and the same reason why I cancelled all my contracts.
