How is it possible that Vodacom cancels my services without my knowledge??? I have not been able to use bbm, receive emails or nothing. I phoned Vodacom only to be told that apparently a consultant phoned ME and I CANCELED MY SERVICES?? Are you guys nuts? This is a business phone and you guys are costing me money. Nobody from Vodacom can sort this out instead I'm being sent from pillar to post.
If this does not get resolved today I will escalate this complaint to ICASA for assistance to speedily cancel my Vodacom services as this is a blatant breach of contract.
