1 - you have to call 084140, wait for a good 10 - 15min minimum to get hold of someone.
2 - you will be given 011 697 3296 Guinness World Record Worst Legal Department Ever legal department's number.
3 - Suprise, the number doesn't work and the person that gave it to you knows this fully.
4 - call 084140 AGAIN (if lucky speak to the same person that told you to call 011 697 3296) then decides to put you through himself.
5 - Another 15 - 20min (if lucky) on hold till someone from Guinness World Record Worst Legal Department Ever legal department answers - only to find out that her handset is so noisy you could barely hear anything she says (Call from the moon in 60's much clear than that!)
6 - she then tells you your account was handed over to Polony Attorneys or whatever and give's you their number.
7 - another good 7 - 10min on the phone on hold waiting for someone who's available from Polony.
8 - Huge surprise! Polony can't access your account. - apparently you have to wait till Cell C hands it over from them.
This can and mouse game has been going on since 2009! - they just make it a point you cannever settle this account! - why? - who knows!
