Problems experienced with my Samsung Galaxy S4 contract. Several complaints and feedback given and all were/are DISREGARDED by Vodacom. The cancellation's department let's me hang on with no answer for 15 and 17 minutes respectively, with NO ANSWER. Feedback messages are ignored, complaints are ignored, call me backs are ignored!!! Their service is ALL ROUND PATHETIC, from the customer service, cancellation, online feedback system - NOTHING WORKS WITHIN VODACOM except when they sell a contract to you.
EMPTY PROMISES ABOUT REDUCING MY JULY DATA BILL (FORMAL COMPLAINT SENT) - YOU HAVE DEDUCTED THE FULL AMOUNT YOU PROMISED TO REDUCE - SO UNETHICAL! DON'T ASK ME THE WHEN'S AND HOW'S OF THIS, LOOK AT MY COMPLAINT, ALL MY FEEDBACK, ALL MY REQUESTED CALL BACKS, RECORD OF THE 15-17 MINUTES I HELD ON DURING MORE THAN ONE OCCASION AND LISTEN TO YOUR RECORDED CALLS TO FIGURE IT OUT!

ON SECOND THOUGHT I WANT BOTH MY CONTRACTS CANCELLED WITH YOU WHICH I HAD FOR MORE THAN 10YRS!!!
