I called Vodacom on 11 April 2013 to report that my itemised statements show I have been paying for an account which was supposed to be cancelled on 26 August 2011. Vodacom failed to assist me until 2 weeks later I logged a hello peter complaint. Vodacom then calculated the refund WRONG. They were happy to refund R1996, however I paid Vodacom R3700. This means Vodacom still owes me R1704. Lyle Petersen said he would call me back once the refund team contacted me to explain how they calculated the refund. Lebo from the refund team called me from 0822746618 on 30 April 2013. All she said was that she would follow up and call me back on Thursday 2 May 2013 because Wednesday was a public holiday. I tried repeatedly to get hold of Lebo because she never called me back. I logged another hello peter complaint where I stated I had not been called back. The reply was that she contacted me. Please go listen to your call recordings. She called me to say she would call me back. Vodacom gave me a credit note for R1996. I do not want a credit note with Vodacom. You took R3700 of my cash and I want the full amount back. Do your actual job & fix the mess you created. Don't from your clients.
