I have been complaining about the lack of incoming calls in my area, where calls are simply divered to voicemail. As per the Hello Peter complaint logged 2 weeks ago, where Vodacom once again was quick to apologise, and again promise feedback within a week. Vodacom Reference PC-ZH2P-37YTSF
Nothing happened after the week passed. I have even followed up on the email from Shameegh Frieslaar requesting feedback. Absolutly nothing.
