So on Tuesday i did my upgrade to get an S4 with the expectation that there would be no stock, low and behold, no stock. I was told stock should arrive tomorrow (wednesday) but to be sure, collect on Friday
I return today, no stock, but yesterday when i was en route to another shop in Kenilworth Centre i popped by Vodacom asking if there is stock yet, one of the guys says they arrived, he has one that he is holding for one of "HIS" customers. What nonsense is that? I am STILL willing to WAIT for my phone, but i think its absolute RUBBISH that a customer is told their item will arrive on day X and after i waste time and money to collect, it hasn't arrived, NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING, but other customers can get their phones, and a Vodacom employee brags that he is holding one for his customer. Please take note that i'm an existing Vodacom customer and have been one for more than a decade. Pathetic
