I was at the vodacom store just over a week ago and filled in an application form a Wifi Router. I was assured that stock would come in on either a Tuesday or the Saturday. Both days have passed and I have not even received a courtesy call to say stock has not arrived. I call to the store and another agent informs me that stock gets delivered on a Tuesday and Friday. Now I sit with 2 complaint. Miscommunication and lack there of to the client and when is the stock going to be available as Vodacom is advertising a promotion but there has not been stock in the Western Cape for over 2 weeks? Can someone please give me correct and valid feedback. It is very frustrating calling the shop all the time and speaking to different people.
