Hi, Virgin Mobile had a problem with the sms bundle at the begining of May and i usually receive 1000 free sms's but did not receive my sms during the first 5 days. i call on numerous occasions and the call centre centre it will be sorted out and no one assisted. Finally on the 5th May i received the sms bundle and i advised the customer service agent to subtract the sms's that was sent and reimburse me my money that was taken off my airtime and they promised to do it (REF 790), i called twice a day and the agent will say it will be done in 2 hours time but until now 10days later it is still not sorted.
Its strange when the system is down, you can subtract the money for the sms but not compensate the client when there is an issue.
Disappointed customer.
