Am I the only one passed over? Vodacom? Vodacon?

Its been almost a month now since I requested my Product key for my laptop which I bought on line. I receive emails from various person and passed being around like used tissues and still I have no resolve. Why do you sell laptops operating windows with out product keys and if they laptop crashers you are done in? I am a bit tired of your generic emails and feedback with nothing being done..Here are your mails:1 Junaid Hansby: " If you took out the laptop deal at a store then you will need to contact them again regarding the windows key you require. Alternatively, please provide us with the name of the manufacturer of your laptop so that we may provide you with the contact number of the relevant support desk." ( How can you not know it was bought online) Comms Giant? 2. Aashiqah Gire: " I have now escalated it to our Vodacom Direct Escalations Department. 3.Nathaneil Abrahams"Thank you for your e-mail. We do apologise for the inconvenience. Aashiqah Gire "be advised that we are still attending to your query and Aashiqah will keep you informed. Thanks for your patience thus far." If you are reading this intending to purchase a laptop would you not think twice? Maybe FB to tell SA
