Cancellation of laptop contract

Good Day

On the 20th of March 2013 we opened up a laptop contract with Vodacom and Incredible Connection. After several days we realised that the package didn't include MS Office. We then went into the store to query this and request to cancel. They then said I must take it up with Vodacom directly. We went to Vodacom Customer Service store in canal and they said they cant assist I must take it up with the Vodacom inside Incredible connection. When we went there to query this, their response was that all laptops comes without MS Office Outlook and it would cost - R3000. I asked why they didn't tell us this upfront. And the reply was that they just assumed we knew (which we didn't) because other service providers includes this in their packages.
Vodacom then said this must be taken up with the store manager of Incredible Connection which was not there at the time.
I'm really upset, firstly for not giving us all the information relating to the sale and secondly being sent from pillar to post. I don't know who must sort this out but ALL I WANT IS TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT
