Vodacom
One month later and my laptop is still not fixed

I handed my laptop in at the Vodacom 4U store at Mall@Carnival on 17 August 2013. The screen is damaged and I asked them to send it in for repairs and to quote me on the cost.
About 2 weeks later I called the store to follow up on the progress of the repairs. Understand that I must have called the store at least 12 times before I actually got through as the phones are either busy or not answered.
When I eventually got to speak to Brian, who is apparently the only person who can do these follow up calls, he told me that he could not find my laptop and that when he did he would call me and book it in for repairs. That was two weeks ago. Needles to say I never received the call to say the machine had been found. I tried to call again on numerous occasions but could still not get through until today.

Today I am told that the machine is at the store and I must come collect it to take it the lakeside mall to have it repaired. This is absilutely unacceptable service and I expect Vodacom to take the machine to where it can be repaired, pay for the repairs as I have had to wait so long and then delive my machine back to me.
