Wrong contract

Three weeks ago i applied for a White Blackberry Z10 on a Straight up 200 package. The phone was delivered two and a half weeks later and it was the wrong colour. Apparently the consultant didn't make the note of the colour as per my request. another call centre agent then told me that the phone will be collected and the right colour delivered to me if they have stock because there are only 6 left at the warehouse. Three day later and I'm still waiting for the phone to be collected. I called the call centre again, only to find out that the the wrong package was loaded as well. I haven't opened the phone or the SIM card, because of these issues, but CELLC has already debited an amount from my account for the wrong device and wrong package. I always thought CELLC offers the best service, but have found after dealing with this consultant, that they do not. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible because I am now paying for something i do not want.
