I applied a month ago for a new contract phone the sales agents i spoke to kept telling me the phone i applied for is out of stock but they waiting for stock to be received, i then changed my package to a blackberry 9320 which my consultant told me there was stock of and that i do qualify for and they waiting for the sales department to release the paperwork. I called Monday to change my contact details because the old phone i was using fell in the water, and the consultant told me my application for the blackberry was now unsuccessful I am very unhappy. my consultant then said he spoke to his supervisor who then said it is fine they are going to release my phone so i can have it and 3 days later they tell me again my application was declined.
