Cell C
Cell C changed the package deal after the sale

I applied for two Black Berry 9320 inclusive of BIS for R129 on top up this monday. But was later informed that my phones wont include the free BIS. So now I 'm confused. I applied for the phone on line, the special on line included the BIS and still does even today. Did Cell C put the adds there to make us take the package and then change. I did not apply at a shop or franchise, I applied on line on the Cell c web site.

I need assistance please.
