I received a call from FNB in July 2013 offering me a package, a data deal and a WiFi router @R200pm.
Since end July, i was duly debited with R212.
All of a sudden, last month, I was debited R827 and change. When I called FNB:
They had the incorrect deal on their systems.
They couldn't assist as the deal was with Cell C.
No one can get the details for the deal I agreed to.
I spoke with a lady named Michelle, who tried to assist me and advised she would trace my call - no feedback.
I called Cell C - and they also had the incorrect package details. When I queried this, the agents story changed to my having a straight 2gig package to me being on Post paid, even though since July I have been blocked once my data is used up and I have recharged.
I want FNB to sort this out - Firstly = my package is prepaid. Secondly, I want the money refunded within 48 hours. I have exhausted my airtime, probably run up a huge phone bill at work which i will not be compensated for trying to reach someone at FNB or Cell C that can resolve this issue. FNB no one knows what to do... and Cell C leaves your holding for hours and then just cuts you off!
