Cellc is unable to migrate my package

Since the 1st July 2013 Ive been trying to get cellc to change/migrate the package I'm on, straight up 50 for R399pm, a query was logged regarding this and no one got back to me, the consultant who assisted be upgrade said she will talk to her team leder and and get back to me which she never did, that was on the 5th July 201, then I emailed you twice and busi mahlangu replied by saying 'we unable to reach you on the given cell no, and said:
'' Kindly be advised we can change the package to straight up top up 100, but note you will pay R449 as your handset fee amount is R349, It won't be the same amount as on the special as the line was activated already on top up 50. However R449 is a price for a straight up 200, I replied asking why I will be charged a price for a staright up 200 and receive staright up 100 benefits? that was on friday and I'm still awaiting response, this is the 23rd day since I requested for this package to be changed and yet monthend you expecting a debit order to run on time. because you first want to be exposed before doing what is expected of you. So what kind of service is this?
