AGAIN OUR PHONES ARE NOT WORKING. REPORTED ON THE 3RD, ON THE 8TH THEY LET US KNOW IT IS LINES. STILL NOT FIXED! THAT IS 10 DAYS, AND COUNTING, OF THE LAST 23 WORKING DAYS WE HAVEN'T HAD PHONES. BUT WE STILL HAVE TO PAY LINE RENTAL, WE STILL HAVE TO PAY THE SWITCHBOARD RENTAL AND WE HAVE TO PAY TO PHONE TELKOM FROM A CELLPHONE CAUSE WE DON'T HAVE LANDLINES!!! WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CALLS TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO GIVE THEM ALTERNATIVE CONTACT DETAILS!! TELKOM KEEPS DROPPING THE BALL AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES PAYING!!!
