Where are my phones?

We are a platinum customer with Altech Autopage but have now been waiting for one month for delivery of our upgrades.

I have been dealing with Bheki in premier client service department who has blamed stock shortages and an offline system for lack of our goods - for a solid month.

I upgraded 3 contracts for our business for another 24 months which I now believe to have been a huge mistake as Autopage cannot deliver 2 blackberry 9320's and 1 Apple Ipad 4 - 64gb for A MONTH!!!

I am horrified and disgusted with their service or rather their lack of service! The pathetic exscuses!!!
