Earlier this year, Autopage advertised a top up contract for a Blackberry 9320 with BIS included for R142 per month. I upgraded to that specific contract, but now I am being charged separately for the BIS. Autopage is claiming that they never had such a promotion. I have been trying for the past two months to get Autopage to rectify the situation, but to this day, all they say is that the matter is pending. I am a loyal customer of six years and this is how they treat their loyal customers. I am truly disappointed in the way that Autopage is handling the situation. Autopage need to reimburse me for the extra charges or else I will be forced to go the legal route. This kind of service makes me reconsider whether I want to continue as an Autopage client. Seriously disappointed.
