I have upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung S4 at Altech Autopage Midrand, only to find that within my first month of usage, my Altech Autopage account was debited with several WASPS debits, to the extent that I have exceeded my call limit & hardly made any calls... I reported the matter to their Customer Care Line, in order to identify which company was responsible for these illegal debits. The Call Centre requested their own IT Division for a Report to determine which company was responsible. I am still waiting for this report & I still have no idea who's responsible! So I contacted WASPA Complaint Div, to report the illegal debits, I still have NO RESPONSE, but a reference no?! I find it ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, that Altech Autopage ALLOW ILLEGAL WASPA DEBITS ON THEIR CLIENT ACCOUTS??!! I have not provided any or written permission to Altech Autopage, to permit anyone to debit my account!!! I have a S4 which I want to return & close my account due to the lack of urgency in this regard & am disgusted that WASPA clients debit their clients accounts for their company advertising!? I still await feedback & wonder why clients have became so unimportant to service providers!!
