I have called their call centre on 4 occasions and was told that they fault will be fixed and I will be refunded my airtime. Neotel's policy is that it is a free call to another neotel number on Holidays. This was NOT the case and I was charged for the calls. I reported the matter and was told that they will sort it out. Reported the matter in 29 March 2013, again on 11 April 2013, then on 24 April 2013 and today. Their Managers are always in a meeting. Various reference numbers are given BUT am told to keep reporting it if I am not contacted within 24 hours.
