Sometime last year I reported to Neotel that someone had opened an account in my name & also mentioned that i have never opened or signed any contract with neotel. I was asked to go to the police station to get an affidavit & send it through to their department. Money was deducted from my account & I also had to ask for that money to be reversed. I did all that they asked me & was promised that my banking details will be removed from the system. I was told that the case was investigated & they found out that it is indeed a matter. A couple of days back I get an sms from Mac Robert Attorneys to say that Neotel has handed my account over to them as I am 120 days in arrears. I still fail to understand why the matter was not investigated thoroughly, now my name has been placed on ITC as a bad payer. I want all of this to be sorted out with immediate effect as I have never made business with Neotel before & I have proved it. I tried calling their department today but was always being told that the person at the department was not available to call him back at 13h30, I called him back at 14h30 still no luck & have been trying ever since.
