BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM CONSULTANT AND SUPER

HI, I HAVE A BLACK BERRY AND WAS ACTIVATING MY BIS ON THE *147# OPTION, WHEN I MISTAKELY CLICKED ON THE WRONG OPTION FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF R57, WHICH IS NOT ACTIVATED ON THE MODEL OF PHONE I HAVE, I IMMEDIATLEY CONTACTED THE CALL CENTRE TO REQUEST THEY CANCEL THE OPTION I CHOSEN AND ACTIVATE THE CORRECT BIS FOR MY PHONE MODEL, I WAS TOLD IT WILL BE DONE WITHIN 6 TO 7 DAYS, I RECIEVED A SMS WITH A REFERRENCE NUMBER AND WAITED FOR THE ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED, HOWEVER WHEN I CALLED IN FOR FEEDBACK I WAS TOLD AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER 47 MINUTES THAT THEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDING MY R57 AND THAT I NEED TO RELOAD AIRTIME AND ACTIVATE THE CORRECT OPTION, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS AS THEY HAVE PUT OPTIONS THAT ARE ONLY POSSIBLE ON THE NEW BLACK BERRY PHONES WITH THE SAME PRICE ON ALL MODELS AND EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW IT CANT BE ACTIVATED ON OLDER MODELS THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. SO IF 10000 USERS MAKE THAT MISTAKE, HOW MUCH MONEY ARE THEY TAKING FROM US JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN??? I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS AS I HAVE BEEN WITH CELL C FOR MANY YEARS NOW, ALL THEY COULD DO WAS ONLY PUT OPTIONS TO PHONES THAT THEY BE ACTIVATED, OR REFUND THE MONEY IN CASES:.REF.3042903486
