I went onto my blackberry to check renewal date for my BIS (which is now no longer available), so i wanted to activate the new blackberry absolute plan and i dialled the same numbers *141*11# and there was only one option to chose from. thinking that this was the new blackberry absolute plan i activated it only to find afterwards that over R120.00 was taken off my airtime. I then contacted the customer service on 173 to query this and was told that i have activated the wrong plan and that it cannot be reversed. There was no proper advertising of how to activate the new plan. Then i was told by the consultant to cancel the plan i activated but they still wont be able to reverse my airtime. i have used MTN all my life and this is the first time i have received such terrible service from them.
