Cell C Account Still Not Activated

I recently took out the new S4 promotion when I switched to FNB.
All went well and I was very impressed with the service to the extent that I even left a very positive compliment on hellopeter. I Rica'd the sim which came with the phone and loaded a voucher temporarily until the contract amounts were activated. The contract was supposed to be 100minutes 100sms 100mb data, however no such amounts are shown when I view the balance, and over a week later the only use I have of the sim is the prepaid airtime I have loaded onto it.

In addition the sim card number I have is different to the number which shows up on my "my connect number" in my FNB app.

I have tried using the call centers but they send me around in circles (Option 1 > Option 5 > Option 6 > Back to Option 1) I also went into a branch and they just put me on the phone and I was sent through the same options.
