PLEASE CANCEL CONTRACT!!!

After submitting my complaint on 3 May on Hellopeter, I was contacted by Emmanuel Nkuna: 'network query has been escalated to NOC department for further investigation and you will be contacted in a due course'.. On 6 May Mbongeni contacted me stating that he will investigate my network complaint. On Thurs 9 May (today), Bokang Mokoena emailed (since his call got cut when trying to call me) to request that I fill in another network query form. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT I COMPLETED A NETWORK QUERY FORM ON 22 APRIL.
I have previously requested that the contract be CANCELLED due to the reasons in my first complaint of call connections, dropped calls, no 3G in Melrose Arch etc. The Consumer Protection Act allows for the early termination of a fixed term contract within the fixed term. This is regulated by section 14 of the Act. The fact that I cannot use your services to the standard I expect constitutes a breach of our agreement. The handset will be returned with its original packaging. I will rely on section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act but would only entertain any claims for a cancellation fee if a court of law finds that there was no breach. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH CELL C!!!
