I recently migrated to Cell C.. hoping for better service (that "service with a smile" they're promising...) works out that it is WORSE!! Much worse.
Average waiting time when calling Customer Care - 15-20 minutes... and that is the average! whoohoo!! Then it is passing you from one department to the next to get whatever issue sorted out.
Discrepancies in my contract I want fixed: "oh, that is not important". Why is it in the contract then?
At least their consultants are friendly. Not knowledgeable in all areas, but friendly.
Why why why go on such a dynamic marketing campaign and KNOW you are unable to deliver quality service??
