Frustrated customer re BIS purchase & Vodacom!!!

On 2013/06/06 i purchased BIS (R59.00) for my Blackberry Z10 and i received a message that it has been activated, but i still could not access the bbm. i contacted the 082155 call centre and they said that i purchased the wrong bis for Z10 - which is supposed to be (R19.00) bis. They said they could not refund my R59.00 as i choose the wrong option but There is no other option for R19.00 BIS option its only the R59.00. Now i cant make use of bbm and my money is gone!!!
