We decided to switch over to cell c, as we had problems with our other network. About two weeks ago we did the application by dialling into the offices. on the day we called the lady told us that we were approved. on the 7th of may i called to trace the delivery, i was told that we were approved on our first call and the phones will reach us by 10 may. when i called to follow up on 8th i was told that we were only approved on the 8th and the handsets is out of stock we will have to wait 2-3 more weeks. This is BAD customer service. I am already regretting my decision to move my contract and i didn't even receive my handsets. Please can someone clear this situation for me and get back to me?
