Our fault 205CRK060513 was logged with Telkom on Monday morning. The ADSL line is faulty. It is a Telkom problem as when we connect with another supplier other than MWeb the line is still down.
When I phoned Telkom this morning they had to log another fault 335CRK090513 and we are now at the back of the queue. This has caused so much damage to productivity as our business runs of the ADSL line on an external server and every hour we are down is costing us a fortune.
