I phoned cellc direct last week to find out if they have stock of the Samsung Galaxy S4 as it was time for me to upgrade. Spoke to Reagan Jansen and he assured me that there is stock and it will be delivered to me within 5 to 7 working days. I still confirmed that my S4 will be delivered by Friday, 10/05. He assured me that it will. I phoned today to find out if averything was still on track only to hear that they don't have stock. I want my phone and I want it tomorrow as agreed to.
The attitude that I received from the call centre today was appauling and realized that Cell C does not know anything about customer service at all. I always receive bad atiitude and lack of knowledge from all the staff at Cell C.
I got hold of head office to complain about the bad service I received from the call centre only to be put back on hold and transfered back to the call centre!!!
