On the 8th April I applied for a new cell c contract via, on line application. They phoned me back at 18:12 that same night to close the application. They can recall the recordings as the lady said that after all info was confirmed and done, it was approved and that I have to wait 7 X working days for my phone to be delivered to my work. On the 15th April I phoned them to see when I will be receiving my phone, that was at 13:44, the can get the recordings, I was told that the application was only approved the past Friday, 12th April??? and that they have ordered stock of the phone (Blackberry 9320) as they don't have stock and that I must phone back on Wednesday 17 April to follow up again. I have phoned again today to follow up at 12:38pm and was told that the application was only approved today??? and that I must phone again on Friday 19th to follow up again??? I have been a Cell C client for 12 years on contract with always more than 2 X lines and I requested this line for my daughters birthday and this was her 1st ever phone!!! How disappointed my little girl (12 years old) is now at the moment!!! Thanks Cell C for making such a beautifully occasion, such a sad one!!! Sham!
