WHY??

Good day

I did not want to do this but i had no choice i called last week and Thur day to apply for a new contract and they said i must call the Friday to see if my Contract is approved and i did, i called on Friday 31/01/2014 and the lady said that my contract is approved and i will receive my Z10 this week, i called today again today only to find out that my phone is out of stock and the contract is still on pending after i called again because they can't transfer me witch is fine they said now that my contract is approved but the phone is out of stock i talked to a guy and re-arranged for a Z30 (because there is stock) when will i receive my feedback regarding this matter

I love Cell C and they are so good i have to problems with my current contact (Data Stick) but why do i need to be placed on hold for my phone!

Please assist me regarding this matter?
