BLACKBERRY Z10 DAMAGED

I GAVE MY PHONE IN ON THE 29/4/2013 FOR A WARRANTY ASSESMENT AND HAVE HAD NO REPLY ON THE STATUS OF MY PHONE. Mike from the service centre forgot to send proof of purchase the phone was sent back from the repair centre to the service centre and now has been sent back to the repair centre and all I get when phoning the call centre is the phone still needs to be assesed.
This is a business phone and my company is paying R 1300.00 pm on this contract and all we getting is bad service. This is unacceptable> I am a representative of our company and havent got a phone to operate from.
Please can someone come back to me with an urgent answer on this please!!!
